Editorial guidelines
Read this before you write. Drafts that follow these rules usually go live without a single revision round.
Please do
- Write 1,000–2,000 original words that have not been published anywhere else.
- Open with the point. Our readers skim the first two lines and decide.
- Use H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs and lists where they help.
- Cite primary sources — documentation, filings, benchmarks, your own data.
- Include original screenshots or diagrams you have the rights to use.
- Send a two-line author bio, a headshot and your profile links.
Please do not
- Submit AI-generated filler. We check, and we decline it without a refund.
- Spin, translate or lightly rewrite an article that exists elsewhere.
- Link to gambling, adult, loan, crypto-pump or pharmaceutical sites.
- Stuff keywords or force exact-match anchors into every paragraph.
- Send a press release with a headline on top and call it a guest post.
- Ask us to remove the sponsored label from a paid placement.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept free guest posts?
We accept a small number of free contributions from working engineers, founders and researchers who write something we could not have written ourselves. Everything else — agency placements, client links, product mentions — falls under our paid packages, because those take editorial time to review, fact-check and format.
What topics do you publish?
Consumer and enterprise technology, startups and tech business, practical how-to guides, and AI tools. If your draft would sit naturally in one of those four sections and teaches our reader something concrete, it is a fit. Generic listicles and rewritten press releases are not.
How many links can I include?
One to three dofollow links depending on the package, plus unlimited relevant citations to primary sources. Links must point to a page that genuinely supports the sentence around it. We do not accept links to gambling, adult, loan, crypto-pump or pharmaceutical sites.
How long does publishing take?
We reply to every pitch within 2 business days. Once the final draft is approved, Standard posts go live within 3 business days and Featured and Sponsored posts within 48 hours.
Will the post stay up permanently?
Yes. Published posts are permanent. We only remove content if it turns out to be plagiarised, factually wrong and uncorrectable, or if the destination link starts pointing somewhere that breaks our editorial policy.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
We invoice after the draft is approved and before publishing. Bank transfer, UPI and PayPal are all fine, and a GST invoice is available on request. Message us on WhatsApp if you need the paperwork sorted first.
