TechAddaNews is an independent technology publication based in Hyderabad, India. We cover four things properly instead of covering everything badly: Tech, Business, How To and AI Tools.
“Adda” is the word for the place people gather to talk — the tea shop, the office corridor, the group chat that never sleeps. That is the site we wanted to build: somewhere you come to find out what actually happened in technology this week, told the way a knowledgeable friend would tell you, without the press-release language and without the hype.
Why we started TechAddaNews
Search for almost any technology question today and you get the same three results: a rewritten press release, a listicle assembled by someone who has never opened the product, and a page that takes 900 words to avoid answering the question. We started TechAddaNews because we wanted the opposite. A site where every how-to guide has been run on a real machine before it is published. Where a review comes after weeks of daily use, not after an afternoon with a spec sheet. Where every factual claim can be traced to a source you can click and check for yourself. That is a slower way to publish. It is also the only version of this site worth running.What we cover
- Tech — phones, laptops, operating systems, security and the platforms most people actually use every day. What changed, what it means for you, and whether it is worth your attention.
- Business — startups, funding, SaaS and the operational detail behind company decisions. We are more interested in why a company did something than in the size of the round.
- How To — step-by-step guides and troubleshooting walkthroughs, tested on real hardware and written so a complete beginner can follow along without getting stuck.
- AI Tools — honest reviews, workflow breakdowns and comparisons, including the tools we tried and stopped using. Especially those.
Who writes here
Every article on this site carries a real byline. No anonymous posts, no invented pen names, no content-farm bylines shared between twelve freelancers. Thalla Lokesh is the founder and Editor-in-Chief. He writes our business and platform coverage and edits everything else before it goes live. Suchitra Enugula is our AI & Tools Editor. She leads the AI Tools section and reviews software the slow way — by using it for weeks before writing about it. Kushal E is our Senior Writer for How To and consumer tech. If a guide on this site has a step in it, he has personally done that step. You can read full profiles, see what each writer covers and find their contact details on our writers page.How we work
- We test before we write. Every walkthrough is followed step by step on our own devices. If a step does not work the way the documentation claims, we say so in the guide.
- We cite primary sources. Official documentation, company filings, published benchmarks or our own testing. If we cannot verify a claim, we name who made it and label it unconfirmed.
- We label paid placements. Sponsored articles and paid guest posts are marked clearly, every single time. Advertisers never see coverage before it publishes and never get to approve it.
- We correct in public. When we get something wrong, the correction goes at the top of the article with the date and what changed. We do not quietly edit a published claim and pretend it was always there.
- We use AI carefully and honestly. We use AI tools for research, transcription and draft cleanup. We do not publish machine-written articles under a human byline. Every sentence we publish has been read, checked and edited by the person whose name is on it.
How we make money

We publish a limited number of guest posts and sponsored features each month from founders, engineers, marketers and researchers who know something we do not. If you have written something that teaches our reader a concrete thing they can use, we want to see it. Packages, editorial guidelines and the pitch form are all on the write for us page.
